How to Request a Refund:

Please allow 2-3 working days for us to review your claim. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and our return shipping address.

Return Shipping and Fees:

• The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
• A 25% administrative fee will be deducted from the refund total.
