How to Place an Order?
Once you’ve added items to your Cart, simply click the “Check Out” button on the Shopping Bag page, and we will guide you through the checkout process.

How Does Shipping Work?
We partner with global merchants and artisans to offer you the best prices and unique products. This means your order may be shipped from locations such as Germany, the USA, Thailand, Tibet, China, India, and more.
Due to this, shipping times may vary, generally taking 6-20 days to arrive. Please be patient if your order doesn’t arrive immediately; it’s on its way!

Can I Cancel an Order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. Please email us within this timeframe with your cancellation request. Refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours, though it may take a bit longer for the funds to reflect in your account.
Shipping Policy
When Will My Order Be Processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in China. Please allow additional processing time during holidays and sale seasons.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, within 3-5 business days of the order date. Shipping will occur the next business day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?
After placing your order, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Delivery times are approximately 12-20 business days for the US and 15-30 business days for international orders, depending on the location.
Will I Be Charged Customs and Taxes?
Prices on our site are displayed in US Dollars and do not include taxes. You may be liable for duties and taxes once your order arrives at its destination.
Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees are determined by your local customs office and are the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs. For further details, please contact your local customs office.
